Step 1

Locate the Shipping Label on the back of your product.

Step 2

Determine if it is a UPS® or USPS® by checking the top of the label for the USPS® logo.

Step 3

Locate the Serial # or Tracking # and enter in the search bar below that corresponds to your product.
